Auckland Operational Support has received a very generous donation of four GPS navigation units from Tomtom Australia/New Zealand. This will allow the brigade to upgrade the GPS devices in its vehicles. The Go Live 1000 models were released last year and offer a number of features such as a larger, more readable screen; lane maps of major intersections; a magnetic mount; and live traffic services.
