Personnel gather for the debriefing, Southdown Exercise

60 Fire Police and Operational Support personnel from 4 units - Waiatarua, Titirangi, Silverdale and Auckland - combined for an exercise tonight held in the remains of the former Southdown Freezing Works in Penrose. Scenarios included lighting, 3 elements of salvage, establishing water supply and making portable dams, giving first aid, ICP duties and mapping while the Canteen provided an evening meal.
