Deployment of OS personnel is discussed at our Brigade's command point

Investigations continue today into the cause of last night's fire in a building, part of a complex of factories, offices and warehouses in Avondale. Mid-evening an automatic fire alarm and sprinkler system alerted the Fire Service, and a 3rd Alarm response resulted. Firefighters found, and extinguished, the blaze in the smoke-filled premises. Our members provided a full range of support services on-site, including traffic management, scene security, refreshments, lighting and command unit duties.
