Neck-and-Neck between Coastguard on the left and the Brigade alongside

With about 24 hours to go, the brigade's being tested in the popularity stakes at "Good in the Hood" at the Quay Street, Downtown, Z station. We are neck-in-neck with Auckland Coastguard ... but just ahead. At Z Panmure, on Ellerslie-Panmure Highway, we are a long way second to Heart Kids, the support organisation for children with heart problems. The Brigade will purchase additional equipment to support firefighters working at emergencies with any donations resulting from "Good in the Hood" Z promotion.
