Members were called out to another serious house fire this afternoon, this time in the southern suburb of Favona. The modern home, one in a recent sub-division, was situated down an alleyway requiring long hose-lines to be run out so firefighters could get water to the fire. Family members, home at the time the blaze broke out, managed to safely leave the house, but they lost everything in the flames.
